Congratulations to Kevin Tiongson, the first Filipino men’s game official to be assigned to an IIHF U20 World Championship — and on his first-ever IIHF tournament assignment.

From earning his IIHF officiating license to stepping onto the world stage in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, this is a huge milestone for Philippine hockey officiating.
